Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities in their destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and related charges are collected by local customs authorities and are not paid to Tribal Textiles.

As these charges are imposed by third parties, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returned, refused, cancelled, or undeliverable orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country before placing an order.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Refund & Return Policy.
