We are proud to be based in Zambia's beautiful Luangwa Valley. This remarkable wilderness is one of Africa's most spectacular safari destinations, but its remote location can occasionally make logistics a little more adventurous!
Thankfully, after more than 10 years of shipping orders from Zambia to customers around the world, we've become experts at getting your parcel safely to your door.
Free Shipping
• Zambia and United States: Free shipping on orders over $100
• Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders over $400 (excluding customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges)
Promotion codes cannot be combined with free shipping offers.
Shipping Partners
United States orders are dispatched from our US warehouse using USPS or UPS.
International orders are shipped from Zambia using DHL Express.
Tracking & Updates
All orders are fully tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. We will also keep you updated throughout the shipping process so you always know where your parcel is.
Customs Duties, Taxes and VAT
For countries outside the United States, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local customs authorities.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and related charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returned, refused, cancelled, or undeliverable orders.
Customers are responsible for checking their country's import requirements before placing an order.
Doing Good With Every Order
A portion of every shipping charge directly supports Hanada Orphanage, our local children's home.
Through this support, we help provide a weekly sack of mealie meal to the children at Hanada Orphanage.

Processing & Packing Time (Not including delivery time!)
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
• United States: Up to 8 working days
• Zambia: 10 to 15 working days
• Rest of the World: 20 to 25 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds apply as outlined above.

Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to provide information requested by customs authorities, any resulting shipping, storage, return, or customs-related charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and damaged items.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist where possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to military addresses.
Some countries or regions may have import restrictions that prevent delivery of certain products. Customers are responsible for ensuring products may legally be imported into their destination country.
