Refund & Return Policy for Tribal Textiles
At Tribal Textiles, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.

Orders outside of Zambia
As we ship from remote Zambia, international returns can be very costly and, in many cases, not the most sustainable option. If your order arrives with any issues, please reach out to us within 14 days and share photos so we can assist. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution
We kindly ask that you contact us before returning any items as there are various addresses depending on which country you are based in
1. Quality Assurance
All items are carefully inspected and quality checked at our Mfuwe headquarters before being carefully wrapped and dispatched to ensure safe transit. We aim to provide the highest level of service and quality in every order.
2. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty product or are not satisfied with the condition of your purchased goods, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the process, please include a detailed photograph showing the issue with the item. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Returns & Replacements
As we ship from Zambia, international returns can be very costly and, in many cases, not the most sustainable option. If your order arrives with any issues, please reach out to us within 14 days and share photos so we can assist. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement where appropriate.
Please note that return or exchange shipping fee's- if there are no faults with the product - are at the expense of the buyer.
4. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a refund is agreed upon, please note that the amount refunded will only cover the value of the textiles purchased and will not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Care Instructions
To maintain the longevity and quality of your Tribal Textiles products, please ensure that you follow the washing and care instructions provided on the care labels and swing tags attached to each item. We cannot accept returns or refunds for damage caused by improper care or washing. 6. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any related charges are collected by your local customs authority and are not paid to Tribal Textiles.
As a result, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other import-related charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returned, refused, cancelled, or undeliverable orders.
Customers are responsible for checking their country's import requirements before placing an order.
