United States and Zambia
Returns and exchanges are available. If you need assistance, please contact us and our team will guide you through the process.

International orders
As we ship from Africa, international returns can be very costly and, in many cases, not the most sustainable option. If your order arrives with any issues, please reach out to us within 7 days and share photos so we can assist. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement where appropriate.

We kindly ask that you contact us before returning any items. Thank you for supporting ethical, artisan made products and helping us keep our process fair and sustainable for everyone.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracked Shipping• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages • If the address is incorrect or customs are unpaid, you’ll be responsible for extra fees.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Customer Responsibility • Any customs duties or taxes are not included and may be charged upon arrival. DHL will contact you if applicable.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not refundable.

Restrictions

Certain local shipping laws may restrict some items - Ie, For Australia we remove our palm nut ties on napkin bundles.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Let Us Know Quickly If your item is damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos. If lost, we’ll help file a claim with the courier.
