United States and Zambia
Returns and exchanges are available. If you need assistance, please contact us and our team will guide you through the process.
International orders
As we ship from Africa, international returns can be very costly and, in many cases, not the most sustainable option. If your order arrives with any issues, please reach out to us within 7 days and share photos so we can assist. We will do our best to offer a suitable solution, which may include sending a replacement where appropriate.
We kindly ask that you contact us before returning any items. Thank you for supporting ethical, artisan made products and helping us keep our process fair and sustainable for everyone.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracked Shipping• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages • If the address is incorrect or customs are unpaid, you’ll be responsible for extra fees.
