This limited edition cushion cover features a hand-painted hyena design and has been created in support of the Zambian Carnivore Programme (ZCP). Only a small number are available.

Part of our Kalango collection, meaning wild bush animal in Chinyanja, this piece is painted in a neutral beige palette, making it a versatile addition to any space.


Handcrafted in our Mfuwe workshop from 100% GMO-free cotton and painted using our signature batik technique, each cushion cover showcases traditional craftsmanship with meaningful impact.

CARE 
  • Made from 100% GMO-free cotton fabric sourced in Africa.
  • As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern and finish are part of its unique character.
  • Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron inside out or on the reverse side using a low-temperature setting.
  • Cushion covers are sold without inserts.
  • All cushion covers feature a vent opening at the back for closure.

Our work goes beyond fair wages. Through our home handcraft workshop, we create meaningful employment, reinvest in initiatives that strengthen our local community and contribute to wildlife conservation across the Luangwa Valley.
